Tania Michaels started her real estate career in the mortgage industry, quickly rising to become one of the nation’s top loan originators. 

In the early 2000's, the second largest land developer in Las Vegas recruited her for land acquisitions, where she bought and sold over 2,000 acres of land, closing more than $215M in transactions. Working with in-house planners, zoning attorneys, and engineers, Tania mastered complex land transactions. 

When the Great Recession hit, she adapted, shifting her focus to negotiating short sales on distressed commercial properties—later expanding into residential. As a nationally recognized mortgage broker, she leveraged her deep banking knowledge and nearly two decades of negotiation expertise to navigate the evolving market.

Tania quickly became a force in residential market, excelling in technology to drive sales of both traditional and investment properties. Her achievements have earned her top industry accolades, including:
