As you drive up to the house, you will notice that there are two parking spots plus the driveway. You are at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Two almond trees sway over this part of the backyard and we really found this area useful to keep pets and kids safely gated from the pool area.

The rooms. The master suite has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet and tile floors. A large bonus room was added to the house and can be accessed either through the french doors in the master suite or via the backyard. This bonus room is TERRIFIC for anyone who works from home and wants a separate entrance into the house.

More about the backyard: When you exit this bonus room you’ll find yourself under a covered patio complete with a ceiling fan for air movement, power, and gas outlets for a BBQ. The pool has two waterfalls and a spa. The pool equipment is enclosed in a brick house structure. Also outside is an outdoor patio for shade (also with an electrical outlet). Artificial grass give the backyard color. You might enjoy the large shed at the very back of the property as a hobby room! This wooden shed has electrical outlets and an air conditioner.
